- Truus Babila’s PhD Oral Defence will be hosted on Wednesday, 15 July 2020 15:00-16:30 (UTC+02:00). The thesis is titled, “Oral Bible Storying as a missional instrument in discipling men in Kejom, North West Cameroon.”
- Billy Bewley’ PhD Oral Defence will be hosted on Tuesday, 21 July 2020 14:00-15:30 (UTC+02:00). The thesis is titled, “A Critical Study of the Doctrine of Impartation in the Church of God Denomination.”

Being African and Female
SATS is pleased to announce the PhD scholarship for African women. While seeking to invest in the theological formation of one successful applicant, SATS hopes to spread the message that its online learning model opens new possibilities for women to pursue theological studies at all levels—from certificate to PhD. To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- African and female
- Hold an accredited research master’s degree, preferably in theology
- Hold a significant position in your local church or community
Applications for this scholarship will close on the 28th of August.
