Principal’s Christmas Message
Recently I walked through shopping malls in the US, Ecuador and South Africa and they all had one thing in common – they were all playing Frank Sinatra’s version of “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas”! To be fair, they also played other Christmassy music, but only one played any carols.
As I wandered up and down the aisles of that grocery store in Johannesburg, I was so thankful that at least the name of Christ was being broadcast for all to hear and my prayer is that wherever that happens, someone will be moved by its message.
Yes, what I pray for each of you as you read this, is that the Christmas you enjoy this year will be characterised by an emphasis on Jesus at the centre. May He fill you with a deep sense of His peace, the peace that passes all understanding this Christmas.
