Miss Sarah Churchill

Born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada, Sarah Apps has lived on the African continent since 2012. She holds a BTh and BTh Honours from the South African Theological Seminary (SATS), where she has also completed her PhD (Biblical Studies) in Women and Ministry. She also serves as a senior lecturer at SATS. Sarah’s heart for children is displayed in her involvement at Cool Club (a children’s ministry at her local church), while her heart for teaching is displayed in co-leading a Bible study. Her passion is to see the gospel spread throughout the African continent and the world. After seeing the need for women to bring their own unique perspective and contribution to theological education, she desires to equip men and women for ministry throughout Africa and the world (Matt 28:18). She currently lives in Cape Town, South Africa.
