In the last decades it has emerged a renewed interest about the dimension of social responsibility of the church. This new look has been the result of several movements that have been struggling from different theoretical frameworks, ideological and ecclesiastical backgrounds, contributing all from his perspective, a new ministerial paradigm called by many “integral mission”. However, in practice to consider what this conception means is necessary to contextualize it in the light of the great social, economic and cultural policies that the region has experienced in the last decades transformations. This paper aims to investigate the different social problems in the churches of the city of Buenos Aires are inserted, see conceptions and missionary practices, and consider new alternatives of contextual, inclusive and integrated mission with community impact.
