Postgraduate Diploma In Theology
SATS is excited to announce the Postgraduate Diploma in Theology (PGDT), launching on 1 February 2026. The PGDT is open to anyone who has completed studies up to bachelor’s level in any field.
The purpose of this programme is to provide people whose previous degrees were in other fields of study with a pathway into theological studies that does not require them to start from square one. Click HERE for more details.
New Programme: Master of Theology by Coursework
SATS is pleased to introduce the MTh Coursework. The first specialisation we introduce, starting on 1 February 2026, focuses on the New Testament. Additional specialisations will be launched in subsequent semesters.
The MTh Coursework (NT) is a structured research programme, meaning that students complete a selection of courses combined with a research project. Our objective is to produce graduates who are masters of the Greek New Testament, handling it from a contextual and Christocentric perspective with high-level excellence.

Counsellor’s Corner: Summer Beginnings
What might it look like to truly know Christ as you step into a new year?
“I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings…” (Philippians 3:10, NIV).3
Summer invites slowing down and honest reflection. Mental health growth often begins with awareness—naming our hopes, fatigue, and fears. Paul reminds us that knowing Christ includes both strength and struggle. Rather than avoiding discomfort, we can view challenges as places where God forms resilience. This month, practice gentle self-examination: where do you notice God’s strength meeting your limitations? Growth does not require perfection, only willingness and obedience.
