Biblical Greek 1A

Greek 1A is the first step on the journey towards reading and interpreting the Greek New Testament. Choosing to take Greek is a commitment to doing all four Greek courses as you will gain little by taking just Greek 1A.

By the end of this course you should be able to:

• Define approximately 150 common Greek words.
• Parse and form Greek nouns and adjectives correctly.
• Translate and interpret Greek nouns, adjectives, prepositions, and pronouns correctly.
• Translate simple passages of the Greek into English.
